We are looking for a few individuals with a variety of disciplines, i.e., horticulturalist, accountants, business owners, etc.

This is an active position with members participating in one or more of I.D.E.A.L. Farm activities.  This may include farm work, sales, education and awareness with public media, advice to staff, mentoring students, recruiting new volunteers and raising money for operations, materials and scholarships for students. 

Candidates should be motivated, energetic and excited about promoting the goals of I.D.E.A.L. Farm, willing to learn and teach, and is a team player. 

Quarterly meetings via zoom or in person, with possible other meetings when needed.

Position requires a 1-year commitment.

This is a volunteer non-compensated position.
